A relaxed and welcoming gathering for anyone trained in Reiki who would like the opportunity to practise, receive and connect with others.
We’ll begin with a short guided meditation, giving you time to arrive, settle and become present.
We’ll then share Reiki in pairs, with around 15 minutes each to give and receive. This isn’t intended to be a full treatment, simply a relaxed opportunity to practise and experience Reiki together.
Afterwards, we’ll gather for tea, cake and an informal chat — a chance to meet other Reiki practitioners, share experiences and enjoy a little time together.

What do I need to bring?
Wear comfortable clothes that you’ll be happy sitting or lying down in.
You don’t need to bring any special equipment. Mats, chairs, blankets and other props can be provided if you need them.

Do I need Reiki experience?
Yes. To attend the Reiki Share, you need to have completed Reiki Level 1, Level 2 or Level 3.
You don’t need to be practising professionally or using Reiki regularly. Whether your Reiki training was recent or some time ago, you’re very welcome.
